2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates are based on the information provided and are subject to change after an on-site evaluation.

• Final pricing may vary depending on terrain, access, equipment needs, fuel load, and project complexity.

• Estimates are not binding until formal approval and scheduling occur.

3. Scheduling & Project Conditions

• Project scheduling depends on weather, equipment availability, fire restrictions, and safety conditions.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or delay work due to unsafe or inaccessible terrain.

• The property owner is responsible for notifying us of underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, or hazards prior to work beginning.

4. Use of Heavy Equipment
Our services involve the use of heavy machinery (including mastication equipment, forestry mulchers, and land-clearing machines).
By hiring us, the property owner acknowledges that:

• Some ground disturbance is expected

• Chips and mulch will remain on-site unless otherwise contracted

• Access paths must support heavy machinery

• Damage to unmarked underground utilities is the property owner’s responsibility

5. No Warranty or Guarantee of Outcomes
We strive for high-quality results, but we do not guarantee:

• Prevention of future wildfire damage

• Prevention of regrowth over time

• Specific ecological or agricultural outcomes

Forestry work is subject to natural conditions and environmental factors.
6. Website Content
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and logos — is owned by A-1 Forestry Group and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

8. Payments & Invoicing

• Deposits may be required for large projects.

• Late payments may incur fees as allowed by California law.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Jobs canceled within 48 hours of scheduled service may be subject to fees.

• Weather-related or safety-related cancellations by A-1 Forestry Group will not incur charges.
